kratos fights Zeus because after kratos killed ares and became the new God of War, he wanted his wife and child back. he was having nightmares from all he had done, and becoming the new god of war was supposed to get rid of them. Zeus promised kratos that, but Zeus never followed through with his promise. so kratos did what he had to do. try and kill Zeus. Mainly kratos had served for 10 years to all gods of Olympus,and he was denied for his nightmares . kratos have also refused her daughter calliope life in order to save the world,also he was tricked ,cheated by gods which caused loss of his family and despite he continus his service to all gods , he was aboned by evry god to god as Zeus killed him under fear that he can finish or end up his reign.
