Naxxramas is no longer a 40-man raid instance.
Maximum number of raiders that can be in Naxxramas in the Wrath of the Lich King expansion pack is 25, and fast runs have been done in under 3 hours by experienced groups with high degree of coordination.
Most PUG groups with random players in it will take more than 5 hours for a complete run.
