I am locked out of general knoxx armory with the mission to expose munitions and cannot get in. Can anyone help e with this.?

The best answer for this is to go online and join a game with a host who is on the same playthrough as yourself and has not completed that exact mission.
If you are unable to do that, you may have to get a second controller and get there yourself with a new character and play co-op with that main character as a guest.
Most glitches like this are unable to be repaired unless you find someone who is able to join you.
