The same thing happened to me and this is what I did. Get 2 butter knives stick them in the CD slot with one on the left and one on the right. Inside there are two brackets (left one and right one) you need to push those two brackets out with the knives to release the card. As your pushing the brackets out hold your ps3 upward with the slot facing down so that the card falls right out. You do not need to disassemble your ps3 as I later found out. My ps3 still works just as well as it did before this happened.
