Level Up is a bad game for children under 10 because it has some violent stuff in the game.
Nine men's Morris is a board game wherein the players try to make rows of three markers (as in tic-tac-toe). When a player makes such a row (or column, or diagonal) they can remove one of their opponents pieces, however not one already involved in a three-in-a-row. The board consists of three nested within each other squares and 4 perpendicular lines and 4 diagonals connecting these squares. Nine men's Morris is mentioned in Shakespeare (A Midsummer Night's Dream), which shows it is quite an ancient game.

not really because of the crowds but if a low level of importance is placed on the outcome then it may be alright. DO NOT GO TO A RIVALS GAME WITH YOUNG CHILDREN.
