You can reteach leaf blade to grovyle. First, head to route 118, and press A on the rock towards the bottom of the shore line, near the fisherman*. That rock should have a heart scale. Then, head to Fallabour Town, and go into the house on the edge of the town. He's known as the move tutor, and he can teach any move to your Pokemon that it's learned. He'll provide his service for a heart scale in exchange for each move you reteach.
*I can't remember whether that rock has a heart scale. There are more heart scales: There are some on the shore line in Lilycove, and there are also some underwater, in the little dark spots, and some times in rocks as well.
