Okay.
Nerina will tell you Lulu has gone missing.
She asks you to go look on The south-east part of the beach.
Search the east side of the palm trees and you will find footprints and something else(doesn't really matter).
Go back to Nerina and she will ask you to go to Lava isle and look around to the west of there.
Go Back to Lava isle and go to the isle South-west which branches off The main part of Lava isle. (Still confused? The smaller isle that comes off The main Lava isle, that has a maze on it).

on the far right side of the mini maze (before the side goes out farther) go striaght up and you wil hit a palm tree go in between the tree and the water and u the magnifying glass it will say:After closely examining the area you see a small otter lying between two rocks. Gently you pick her up. You found Lulu! You should take her to Nerina.

This quest is connected with Eros' concern to do this quest you need to do Eros' concern. Nerina is located south-west of eros's House. Go to the south east of Pumice isle and find a double palm tree. Use you Magnifying glass at the corner of sand diagonally out from the palms to find a clue, Return to Nerina. Now go to Lava isle.Go to the part of Lava where the main isle starts to meet the first section off to the south west (in line with the bottom of the big maze). Locate a double palm tree and a single palm tree with in three steps of each other, Use your magnifying glass under the single palm tree.Go South for the next single palm tree and use your magnifying glass below it. Go left until you reach a double palm and use your magnifying glass above it. You will find Lulu. Then return to Nerina.

You Completed Nerina's Lulu. You earned $5000 and 100 quest points.

Afterwards there is a quest leading off that, which is taking Lulu to Hotton vets which is very straightforward.
