The Third, GaaraJiraiya, Kakashi, Hinata all die. Kakashi and Hinata are both killed by Pain and later revived I think. Gaara is revived by Chiyo's jutsu which kills her in the process. Itachi dies after transferring his power to sasuke. Orochimaru is semi killed by Sasuke and partially absorbed by both Sasuke and Kabuto. He still resides in Kabuto but the part of him in Sasuke was sealed by Itachi and burned with Amaterasu
