If your child is active in sports or any outdoor activities it is well advised that your child drink 2 glasses of H20 in between breakfast and lunch. then a glass of milk before dinner then another glass of water(H20) with dinner. It is also advised to have a glass of water beside you while you sleep. Your body is in a relaxed stage, your muscles fall into a no nos stat. Meaning that your muscles are not contracting well. Having a sip of water(H20) during the sleeping hours, will help provide your body and muscles with the proper amount of Electrolytes. Gatorade is also safe, but only a small amount (Half way full) before and during bed time. Gatorade and water is a good mix, but caution more frequent urinating is possibly. The good thing is that drinking water daily limits liver disuse's by half.
