Enos James & Co appears to have ceased trading in 1900, presumably when Enos died, but it seems William (son) and Enos (perhaps not the original Enos but a son) were recorded as being in business at 38 Staniforth Street in 1900.

I cannot find any reference to Loveby, but this may be a retailer. Another possibility is that this is a Belgian gun marked with a name similar to the British - international copyrights weren't rigorously enforced in those days. If you will post all the markings and tell where each is found on the gun, we may be able to make a positive identification. More input:E.
