kind of an answerI went online and found a guy in PA who repairs older pellet guns, I might be able to look it up, the gun was made by Crosman I think, I have one that has a maple (lightwood) stock with a white line spacer between the barrel and air chamber tube full length of rifle, mine says on it J.C. HIGGINS "22" CALIBER 126.19301 not the 10 as you say mine is 01 he was able to get it shooting solidly again i think it $30+shipg. I'm going to take a wild guess and I think you are asking about an air pistol that looks like a western 6 shooter, the Colt Peacemaker to be exact. If So, it was made by Crosman corp (WWW.Crosman.com) it was the crosman model "SA 6" and was Mfg 1959-1969. It was a 22 cal pellet, 6 shot with C02 as the power source. Both Crosman and Daisy made BB / pellet guns and refles for Sears under the JC Higgins name. I suggest that you look on the web and do a search under Airgun repair or BB gun repair. There are several places around the country that repair Airguns.
It was probably made for Sears by one on the major pellet gun manufacturers in business in the thirties. Use a search engine for pellet 'gun repair' or 'air gun repair' and talk to those folks. They should be able to tell you what you have. You may have to show them pictures if you are able. berto
