You could request a police investigation if you had evidence that the child in question was observably harmed by this verbal abuse, but I think that this would be very difficult to prove. Verbal abuse is seldom regarded as an actual crime, it is more of a discourtesy. The law does not require us to be courteous at all times. It is, of course, unfortunate that some people take their soccer practice too seriously and become nasty toward players, who really should just be allowed to enjoy the game, win or lose.
Not an underage child.
How long does a parent have to press charges on another parent that allowed underage drinking at there home in Camden County in Missouri?
yes
Your parent can press charges against him
What happens when a parent file's false elder abuse charges on someone
YES! THE PARENT CAN FILE CHARGES AGAINST THE 18 YEAR OLD.IN FACT THE STATE CAN PICK UP THE CHARGES WITHOUT YOUR PARENTS CONSENT WHICH WOULD BE CORRUPION OF A MINOR. IT COULD BE RAPE CHARGES AGAINST THE 18 YEAR OLD!
maybe but it ndepends on the charges and the item achieved by the 18 year old
Not if they are addressing the same issue.
Kidnapping charges can be brought against anyone who does not have legal or physical custody of that person. Grandparent, parent, second cousin twice-removed, does not matter.
You can as your children's rep.see links--------------------Additional: Citizens cannot "press charges" only law enforcement officers or prosecutors can "bring charges" against people. Minors are legally incapable of bringing lawsuits against anyone, however, as stated in the above answer, you can bring a civil suit against the other parent on behalf of your child but [CAUTION] you had better be fairly certain that the other parent doesn't possess proof of their allegation.
NO
Yes, but only because they are a minor not because you are going to get in trouble or have charges against you.
