My understanding is that males keep growing, potentially, until about the age of 21. Not all males, but some. A key idea that I have heard is to reduce the amount of anaerobic exercise you do, to allow your muscles and bones to keep growing at their normal rates. Perhaps do a little bit more cardio instead. Make sure to eat plenty of veggies, fruits, and good carbs and fibers.
