At the moment I'm afraid not, as Kennel Clubs only register pedigree breeds of Dog. As the Maltipoo is a crossbreed between Maltese and Poodles, they currently are not eligible for Kennel Club registration.
Yes, you can register your dog with the Canadian Kennel Club even if it is already registered with the American Pet Registry. The Canadian Kennel Club may require certain documentation and fees for the registration process. Contact the CKC for specific requirements and procedures.
You can't just register any puppy. It has to be born from registered parents and then when you get the puppy the person you got it from will give you the papers to send in to get it registered.
Yes, you can still register a puppy if one parent isn't registered. You would need to provide the registration papers for the registered parent and complete the registration process with the relevant kennel club, providing information about the parent that is registered. Each kennel club has specific requirements and procedures for registration, so you would need to contact them for guidance on how to proceed.
check the kennel club the dog is registered in. www.akc.org is the American Kennel Club's website. If the dog's from that kennel club, you follow the links to the pedigrees. You should be able to order it if you have the registration information for your dog. If you have not been provided AKC registration papers for your puppy from the breeder or you have acquired an older dog you believe to be a purebred you can register him/her with an AKC Indefinite Listing Privelege (ILP) registration. The dog must be neutered or spayed for this but can compete in AKC competitons other than conformation showing. You can find requirements and forms at AKC.org.

Your best bet is to contact a Kennel Club Accredited Breeder via the Kennel Club website. They will be able to put you in touch with responsible breeders in your area. Do not accept a backyard breeders puppy, or a puppy that has not had a health check.

Yes, you can. There are forms to complete for the Irish Kennel Club. First you must register the dog in your name and then obtain export pedigrees. You can mail forms and checks/credit card information. When you get the official IKC papers, you then complete the American Kennel Club forms and follow the instructions to register the dog in America. It takes a little bit of time with mailing back and forth, but it's really easy to do.

There is likely no difference for most breeds. AKC = American Kennel Club (founded in 1884) currently a nonprofit organization. UKC = United Kennel Club (founded 1898) currently privately owned by Wayne R. Cavanagh.
Go on the kennel club website ( sorry I don't know the address). You can register pedigrees with Kennel club. We have 2boxers 1 bull mastif 1 parsons terrier and 1 cocker spaniel registered with them, to do this though your dog must have a show name ( formal name).
The Kennel Club was created in 1873.
