There really is no specific ratio, and even an estimate depends on the age, breed, and variety of the rabbit. Rabbits have an average lifespan of 6 - 10 years and they are considered fully grown by eight months to a year old. The average human lifespan is currently estimated at 70 - 75 years and a human is generally considered fully grown by about 18 - 20 years old. So in comparison, a rabbit could be said to mature as much as 25 times faster than a human, but then the aging factor slows down to only about 8 - 10 times faster once adulthood is reached. So taking all these estimates into consideration, there are approximately eight rabbit years in one human year.

One bunny year is equivalent to one normal week. Hence if you consider one day to be one bunny month, it would have seven months or rather no months. Please refer to the article in the "sources and related links" below.

A bunny year is the equivalent representation of the life of a bunny as in stages of a human's life cycle.
