You will notice sow may start trying to push. After water breakage, first piglet could arrive between a half hour to two hours later.

There will be a dip in her hips, showing the babies have dropped. She will start nesting more, out of her vulva there will normally be more fluids and milky fluid coming out. She should have milk in all of her teats. It is actually very close to a human. She will start panting, and you will see signs of obvious discomfort.
