This is just the dog or dogs' body language, just the same as a human has body language. They aren't really confused per say, but an dog owner should be more in tune with their pet to determine better the head turn meaning in their animal.

∙ 15y agoDogs have a second sense that humans cannot comprehend. When the moon and sun reflect certain spectrums of colors, dogs gravitate and stare off at them. So the next time your dog is staring let them be because it is all part of nature and the circle of life. We shall accept rather than question the inevitible.
