If I were umpiring the game, I'd warn the opposing coach for unsportsmanlike conduct, and if they still did it again, they'd spend the rest of the game in the parking lot -- i.e., I would EJECT them from the game, after which they MUST leave the field. As an aside, if they refused to leave, then they'd either never coach again in our little league, or they'd be suspended for at least a few games.

To me that is a clear violation of modern little league ethics of "respecting the game," and a very poor example to players on the field.
