Nobody can go to the mound unless the umpire has ruled that time has been called. This will not occur until after the home run hitter has completed his run (walk?) around the bases.

basically as i was told by my qld coach, a home run is an accident, its the resuly of a good swing. you don't purposely swing to hit it over, you swing hard and smooth and the ball will go far so basically its an accident
