Of course you can! You just get looked at better if you play a sport or do extracurricular activities, like girl scouts and stuff like that!
I entered college 15 years ago (10 years after graduating high school with a D- average) with no difficulty at all. While I hated high school, my college experience was dramatically different. I made Deans List every semester and graduated with honors. Pay the bill and do the work and you will have no problem.
