If they are your horses and its your property why not? I think even if there was gambling between people watching it would be fine :)
how you get gambling license
General Gambling License
In most places gambling is illegal unless you have a license. So, if there is not a license, it is not okay.
This is a permit or license that can be obtained from a company owner, that allows you to use their vehicles or drivable equipment only on their property or premises. Such as apartment complexes and or compounds. Vehicles are used for maintenance and only used on the property. This is for legal and medical reasons, and state licensing is not involved.
Kaplan Financial Education is well known school that provides such a course for property insurance in the state of California. Start your search here and see what is involved, you must pass the exam to obtain your license.
Identify the time frame involved with the "Revocation" of a drivers license
It's usually just called a license or licensing agreement; it might be a sub-license if there are additional layers involved, but otherwise there's no specific name.
no
I have heard numbers from approximately 400-600. The actual number depends on several things. Jockeys have to have a license to compete and the number of licensed riders changes over time. Also, not every person who has a jockey's license actually rides in races, they might be an exercise rider who has a jock's license so they can ride in races three or four times a year. A lot of jockeys who ride regularly are members of the jockey's guild so a good idea of a more accurate number would be counting members of the guild, though there are plenty of riders who are not guild members.
No license is needed when buying foreclosed property mainly because nothing special is needed to buy property. When a bank auctions off a property all you need is money to buy that property and nothing else
As such there are no such penalties for underage gambling(because legal actions can't be taken against a minor). But yes parents might suffer because of this problem, If a minor get caught while gambling the parents will be held responsible for it and then legal actions may be taken against them.Their license can can be canceled in worst cases.
No, it does not. You must still be approved by the Nevada Gaming Commission.
