Will K2 clicker snowboard bindings work with standard strap bindings?

Why the F@#K would anyone do that?

Are k2 snowboard bindings any good i have never used k2 in my life and i need new bindings and it just seems to me that they are not of good quality or if there are too many design flaws?

I'm not sure where you heard that K2 bindings have design flaws, but I wouldn't agree with that at all. Although I ride traditional strap bindings, K2 makes the Cinch which is their take on a Flow styled convenience binding. As for their regular traditional bindings, I would say that it depends on which model you're looking at. All brands make cheap $129 beginner bindings that are exactly that, for beginners.

Are k2 snowboards any good?

im gonna say they are alright...definitely not the best tho...if you are looking for the best i would recommend Burton as the first choice and ride or forum as backup choices Another answer- I would definitely recommend K2 I ride a K2 and I have riden many types of boards. I really enjoy my K2 a whole two years without any major damage to the board, plus the have great designs. Great edge, great flex, high quality. Nice boards.

Can boots be purchased for 1996 vintage K2 XTS skis with Marker N26 bindings?

Yes. M26 are adjustable bindings but in a small range. You have to see if the current setting allow your boots size. Otherwise you many need to remount the bindings.

Can you mount any binding to k2 apache skis?

You can mount most bindings to K2 skis that are "flat" which do not have the built in metal flanges. Be sure to check the width of the brake so it will fit the width of the ski. For example the 09/10 Apache Xplorers come flat which have a smooth surface to drill and mount your bindings. They also came with integrated bindings that mount onto metal flanges that are built into the skis. You can only use the Marker MX binding with this ski as far as I know. I would call K2 in Washington and ask about the specific Apache ski you are interested in. The phone number is 800-426-1617 . Good Luck!

What are theTop 5 Snowboard Companies?

1. Forem- they have great boards and they're bindings are good too. they recently came out with a new design for snowboard which has more of a curve to it, this takes away alot of the problem of catching your edge hitting kickers. 2. Rome- Rome's boards are very flexible, great for those more advanced riders that known they're way around a terrian park. 3. Signal- this is a great board company straight out of northern california. 4. Flux- this is a bindings company that has some great bindings! 5. K2- they make some great boards for intermediate riders and those that just need a board for all around the mountain. for freestyle boards you wanna hit up forem or rome.

Do normal snow boots work for a snowboard?

No, you have to use boots specific to those bindings. I'm not sure if you have Clickers, the old Switch step in's or something else but I can tell you it is going to be hard to find boots for them and you need to get rid of them! Step in's are outdated and can be unsafe. Flow and K2 make alternative's to these methods that allow you to use any brand of snowboard boot as well and get the performance and response you need.
