yes, the less psi the less it bounces. Don't inflate it too much or it will pop, it usually says how much psi on the ball.

ok so the men's basketball is heavier obviously while the girls is a little bit lighter. Therefore the heavier of the ball the more muscel you need to make it go higher. This shows the girls basketball would be easier to bounce high.

The outdoor balls are a bit rigid and stronger. More the weight more the height is. It is as simple as that. Indoor balls are a bit softer(mainly not rigid) {less grip when compared to outdoor ball}..............
