The standard for a 13 year old girl is around 12-13 seconds. It also depends on how good that girl is. I am in Track and Field and I do 100 meter sprints. My fastest time is 13.54 and I am 13. Most girls get around that time.

Normally 9 year old girls wouldn't be running the 100 meter sprint but I happen to have a 9 year old sister who wanted to be like me so she tried sprinting the 100 meters and got an amazing 18.6 seconds but that is a lot faster than average as most 9 year old girls would probably do it in around the 24 second mark.

sorry to say but it is not that fast. When i was 13 i was the second fastest in my year and i could run it in under 25 seconds. However at that time i was growing earlier than my piers so perhaps wait and see how much you grow and develop and perhaps you can run it faster. Typically 8 year olds don't run the 100m, they run 40m, 50m or 60m. A reasonable time would be about 16-18s.
