You use a helicopter and fly to the platform directly below the lady's feet, where some doors are, and jump out of the helicopter onto it, and go around to the only door with a plaque, I believe it says something along the lines of "Nothing to see here", go into the door, it looks as if the door is solid and you'll bump into it, but it's not, you'll go right through it, and you'll see a ladder, climb up it, and there you go. :)
yeah it's in the statue of happiness
The Statue of Liberty can be seen on Liberty Island, New York City in the US of A. If you are playing the game GTA IV, it has become the Statue of Happiness on Happiness Island in Liberty City!
yes on happiness island.
You can't goodbye
no, only the statue of happiness t-shirt.
It signified to the immigrants that they were arriving at New York. It was a sign of hope and happiness to them.
there is one in the statue of happiness take a chopper and land by the base of the statue look for a door that says "no hidden content here" shoot it and go up the ladders and at the top you should see the heart of liberty city
There is one hidden spot in GTA IV, it is on Happiness island. The secret spot is hidden in the Statue of Happiness. I won't tell you what the secret is because that would spoil it.
Once you have actually managed to drop Niko (from a chopper) onto the tier of the Statue where the door to the heart chamber is, he has to go through the door's dark entrance into the first room, where he will find a long ladder. When he climbs the ladder to the top, he will find the heart chamber, where the giant, chained heart of the Statue slowly beats. And that's it, basically.
well what you do fly all around the statue of happiness then fly forward around it then go to to the path with most water going forward wait 2sec then bail on it
The location of GTA IV, Liberty City, is actually based on New York, so you are already there, so to speak. You have the island boroughs of Broker (Brooklyn), Bohan (the Bronx), Algonquin (Manhattan), Alderney (New Jersey), and so on. You even have the "Statue of Happiness", which of course is the Statue of Liberty.
There is only one huge difference between an equestrian statue and a horse statue. An equestrian statue is a statue of a rider on the back of a horse, while a horse statue is just simply a statue of a horse.
