It depends on what model you have. It is most likely a worn sear, or a problem with the internal pressure.
You should check the dwell on the gun. Alot of times the gun will attempt to shoot faster then it can, therefore making the solenoid and bolt have to catch up.
I would consider that is faulty goods. Take it back to where you bought it.
