Warren Moon ========== Warren Moon, one of only two people to be inducted into both the Canadian Football Hall of Fame and the Pro Football Hall of Fame (Bud Grant is the other) was a rookie with the Edmonton Eskimos in 1978. In 1964, however, Tom Casey became the first black player inducted into the Canadian Football Hall of Fame.

Despite his outstanding college career, Warren Moon was not selected by any team in the 1978 NFL draft. Moon headed north of the border and quarterbacked the Edmonton Eskimos of the Canadian Football League. During his six years with the Eskies (1978-83), Moon won the championship Grey Cup Game a record-breaking five consecutive times.
