What are the 2 ways that can be scored in rugby?

There are three point systems in rugby, but two ways of scoring
in rugby. The first one is to score a try by placing the ball down
in the scoring zone, you need to place pressure to be able for it
to count, i.e you cannot drop the ball over it. The other way of
scoring is by penalty or drop kicking the ball though the posts.
After the try if you convert (by kicking the ball through the posts
you get an extra two points.
Try=5 points
Conversion=2 points (try must be scored)
Penalty or drop kick=3 points

Does 2-15 in Gaelic football mean what were the names of the 2 teams of 15?

No. It is the score of one team. There are two ways of scoring
in Gaelic Football. They are goals, by getting the ball into the
net. A goal is worth 3 points. The other way is to score a point,
by hitting the ball over the crossbar. The scores are often given
showing both the amount of goals scored and the amounts of points
scored, rather than the overall total. 2 - 15 means 2 goals and 15
points. That would be a total of 21 points.

How are points scored in a game of rugby union?

In rugby, points can be scored one of 4 ways:
A try- For a try to be scored, a player must place the
ball is his teams designated in-goal area. By doing so he earns his
team 5 points and the oppurtunity to gain a convertion.
Convertion- A convertion can only be scored following a
try. To achieve a convertion a player must place kick the ball
between the two up-rights( verticle posts) and above the
crossbar(horizontal post). The position of the convertion is
determined by the place at which the try was scored. By converting
the kicker gains his team a further 2 points.
Penalty- If a penalty is conceded, a team may choose to
attempt a penalty kick, in which a kicker attempts a convertion
from the mark that the penalty occured. Upon success he gains his
team 3 points.
Dropgoal(fieldgoal)- During general play, a player may
choose to attempt a dropgoall, in which a player drops the ball
onto its point the kicks it between the uprights and over the cross
bar. If the attempt is successful, his team gains 3
points.
