In my opinion a good shot to the solar plexus can really drop most anyone without doing serious harm. There's hardily a worse feeling than having the wind knocked out of you and not being able to breathe for a few moments!
it may it depends on how bad you have injured them doctors usually don't do surgery on fingers or toes also they can cause arthritis. - Broken knuckles (or a boxer break) does weaken the hand to a degree. Yes, a contract length can be any length you want. But I would seriously look at other schools. A six year contract is way too long to be considered. What if you don't like it? What if you have to move in a year? What if you are injured and can't participate any more? I'd never consider signing a contract for that length of time.
Mixed Martial Arts or MMA is quickly becoming one of the biggest sports in the world. This has increased the attendance at martial arts studios, and increased the need for martial arts insurance. An individual taking martial arts training needs to look into a martial arts insurance policy in order to be protected if something were to happen. For example, someone injured in a sparring match during their martial arts lesson may not be able to work their regular day job. Missing work means no money to pay bills. With martial arts insurance this person could be protected and would receive some sort of compensation while they missed work, easing the stress on the entire family.

"New martial art style?" To really get any attention, you are going to have to show that it works. One way is to enter some tournaments and show that it is effective in the ring. Win some trophies for kata or weapons work and some fighting and someone might take you seriously. But you will probably find that most people are going to laugh at the idea of a "new" martial art.
