I HIGHLY recommend you slide your index finger up a bit while you move your hand forward or else the board will fly out of your fingers. This one is easier. Dont just try it when you have to slide your fingers up.. Push down ( hard) Then pop. ''Pop'' is like you pop your fingers. Or other way follow the push down and pop. but together push down and pop fast and put your hand on the nose. FAST.
