two things that never cross like an eqal sign=
My guess as to what you are asking is what are the two different kinds of lines? If so, the two kinds of lines are parallel and perpindicular. Parallel is two lines that have the same slope, or in other words, could go on forever and not touch. An equals sign (=) is an example of this. If you drew lines on the two lines of the equals sign, and they were straight, they would, in theory, never touch. Perpindicular lines, however, is the opposite. It is two lines that form 90 degree angles or right angles. An example of this is a plus sign (+). The two lines that form the plus sign are perpindicular lines. Two lines that run in the same direction that will never cross or touch. the equal sign is an example ====
they both have at least one pair of parallel sides and they both are not regular polygons. Parallel lines are two lines that are across from each other and do not cross like a = sign
usually it is shown as ' || ' That is two vertical lines.
When two lines are parallel, then they do not intersect.
2There are two parallel sides....A rhombus has two pairs of opposite parallel sides. There are two parallel sides....A rhombus has two pairs of opposite parallel sides.
Squares, rectangles, parallelograms and rhombuses have two parallel sides. The other two are also parallel. A trapezium has only two parallel sides.
They are parallel to each other.
