Track running, field jumping, and field throwing.
As a coach and track and field participant for many years...scoring has always been as follows: Open events - 5-3-1 Relays 5-3-0 Field events - 5-3-1 Tri-meets try to encourage participation, but discourage loading each event with endless numbers of participants. Also, if you had 10 people per event, the meets would go on for quite a while. Good luck this season...and enjoy! Katherine BrocK

All the girls in the first flight will go first, and when all of them have taken their 3 or 4 jumps, the next 10 girls will be up. They can have flights in any field event.
