Set up your front foot just below the front bolts and your back foot on the tail. Crouch down then pop (push down with your back foot) and slide your front foot up the board toward the nose until you are up in the air. Level out both feet (while in the air) and push down till your feet and your board hit the ground at the same time. Also after popping and sliding your foot, bring your knees to your chest and hopefully with lots of practice, you will learn how to ollie.
