They expect effort, skill, being active, and always trying their best
Some of the requirements for travel soccer tryouts are being active, understanding the concepts of soccer, persistence, skills, and most importantly NOT TO GIVE UP!

All soccer players? No. Some? Yes. Soccer is played by people from all walks of life.
there are no timeouts in soccer except for halftime which is when you discuss how to make the next plays for the half, and you discuss how you did the last half etc. that's why soccer is hard because of nonstop running and no timeouts
Work Really Hard And Turn Up For Try Outs
You break more bones in soccer but u get more knock outs. I mean witch one do u want break your leg in half or get knocked out for few minutes
To try to impress your coaches it would be helpful to show them some clips of you in action. But it shouldn't really matter. You just need to impress in your try-outs.
A time out is something a coach can call that stops times (hence "time out"). During this time, a coach can substitute players in and out of the ball game, draw up plays, talk to their players, or talk to the referee. This allows the players a break. There are 20, 30, and full time outs (which are 1 minute in length). Coaches have a certain number of timeouts, and after each half, they are restored. Although coaches can choose when to call most timeouts, some are mandatory. TV announcers will often refer to some timeouts as "mandatory timeouts." These are strictly to allow the television commentators a break. Both coaches must call a certain amount during the game by certain points, and if they don't, they will lose a timeout.
Soccer in the U.S. is the same kind of soccer as celebrated around the globe. The only difference is in the penalty shots. They have the abnormal "shoot outs", in which players have a cartain amount of seconds to transport the ball as close as possible to the goal and beat the goalkeeper to score.
apply your self to a soccer school and then show them what you got. do your best and graduate so then if you do become good enough they would draft you into a professional academy. from there you will be on your way. A player can lead off 2nd with less than 2 outs but not too far because he must tag up to advance with a hit in the air, or steal if he likes, therefor leads tend to be farther. If there are two outs he will take off with the crack of the bat at his own risk if the ball is on the ground. Some Coaches teach a deep lead at second base with two outs which gives the runner a better angle to round third base on contact. You typically want to take a three step lead, then a two shuffle secondary. The only difference between no outs and two is you are deeper with two outs and more aggressive
