They pass a metal baton after their leg is complete.
Providing that it was neither
a. deliberate
b. the runner wasnt knocked out of line
No they can not, and if a base runner does pass another base runner that base runner would be called out.
I believe the rule is that if a baserunner passes another baserunner, then both runners are out
In my opinion,
there is a possibilty for the runner to be disqualified...
also, a small possibilty that the game be restarted.....

A single curve cannot touch "each other" since "each other" implies two curves.

The concentration of heat caused by pans that touch each other is called what?
On a Home Run, the runner is still required to touch all bases, even if he is entitled a run. If he misses any base, including Home Plate, and makes no attempt to return to the base to touch it, he will be declared Out and his run does not score. If other runners are also running and touch all of the bases, their runs will score. If there are two outs with runners on, only the runners who crossed the plate before his run would score.
