Given a group of number S, then a subset is a set that consists of none, some or all of the members of S.

Thus, if S = {1, 3, 8} then its subsets are

the empty set, {1}, {3}, {8}, {1,3}, {1,8}, {3,8} and S itself.

If S has n distinct members then there will be 2^n subsets.

Which group is the biggest amongst natural numbers whole numbers integers?

The set of natural numbers is a subset of the set of whole numbers. The set of whole numbers is a subset of the set of integers. So the set of integers is the largest of these three sets.

Are real numbers a subset of natural numbers?

No because natural numbers are a subset of real numbers

Are the rational numbers a subset of integers?

No, integers are a subset of rational numbers.

Are all rational numbers in the set of whole numbers?

No. But all whole numbers are in the set of rational numbers. Natural numbers (ℕ) are a subset of Integers (ℤ), which are a subset of Rational numbers (ℚ), which are a subset of Real numbers (ℝ),which is a subset of the Complex numbers (ℂ).

What the meaning of subset?

A subset is a division of a set in which all members of the subset are members of the set. Examples: Men is a subset of the set people. Prime numbers is a subset of numbers.

What are the hierarchy of real numbers?

Starting at the top, we have the real numbers. The rational numbers is a subset of the reals. So are the irrational numbers. Now some rationals are integers so that is a subset of the rationals. Then a subset of the integers is the whole numbers. The natural numbers is a subset of those.

Is real numbers a subset of Integers?

You have it backwards. Integers are a subset of real numbers.

What is the group of numbers that includes all numbers?

The set of Real numbers includes all commonly used numbers. But the Real numbers are only a proper subset of the set of Complex numbers, and the Complex numbers are a proper subset of Quaternions. It is a bit like the Russian Babushka dolls with one doll inside another which is inside another, and so on. In reality, therefore, there is no such set. Also, note that "Group" has a very special meaning in mathematics. The set of Real numbers is a group, but it is also a Field.
