A stable system is one that holds stability and is dependable. An unstable system is just the opposite. You do not know what to expect from an unstable system; it is not close to being dependable.
in automatic control the nyquist theorem is used to determine if a system is stable or not. there is also something called the simplified nyguist theorem that says if the curve cuts the "x-axies" to the right of point (-1,0) then the system is stable, otherwise its not.
with regard to???? this could mean a million things
Marginally stable system is when the system control components are JUST right. So if they change slightly the system becomes unstable. I wouldn't fly on that airplain.
Chile has a stable government. It is a democratic republic with a long history of political stability. The country has a strong democratic tradition, with regularly held free and fair elections, and a well-established system of governance.

In the simplest form the term dynamical system means the comparison of quantities with real value verses that of another. A good example of this would be a comparison of gas consumed by vehicles of the same specifications.
It depends on where you are in Africa, some places with unstable official currencies such as Zimbabwe use mostly a barter system, but some areas like South Africa have a stable currency and use a money system.
A basin of attraction is a set of points from which a dynamical system spontaneously moves to a particular attractor.
On a general description, one that does not just apply to weather, an unstable system is one that will release energy in order to attain a more stable state. Unstable air is air that, if lifted, will become warmer thanits surroundings and so countinue to rise. Thunderstorms are driven by such rising air currents, called updrafts. Unstable air is generally warmand moist, and o hold large amounts of energy to drive a potential storm. If the air is stable, it will sink back down if lifted and tend to remain where it is, so the updrafts that drive thunderstorms cannot develop. Stable air tends to be cooler and drier, and so often lacks the needed energy.
It's a dynamical system that allows to reconstruct state vector of a nonlinear system using observation of the system output. See the Wikipedia article "State Observers".
We can classify the systems based on stability as follows. Absolutely stable system Conditionally stable system Marginally stable system Absolutely Stable System If the system is stable for all the range of system component values, then it is known as the absolutely stable system. The open loop control system is absolutely stable if all the poles of the open loop transfer function present in left half of āsā plane. Similarly, the closed loop control system is absolutely stable if all the poles of the closed loop transfer function present in the left half of the āsā plane. Conditionally Stable System If the system is stable for a certain range of system component values, then it is known as conditionally stable system. Marginally Stable System If the system is stable by producing an output signal with constant amplitude and constant frequency of oscillations for bounded input, then it is known as marginally stable system. The open loop control system is marginally stable if any two poles of the open loop transfer function is present on the imaginary axis. Similarly, the closed loop control system is marginally stable if any two poles of the closed loop transfer function is present on the imaginary axis.
