I don't know if the NHL has a minimum age limit but if they do, I would guess it would be 18 because you have to be old enough to legally sign contracts and stuff like that. HOWEVER, I can almost guarantee nobody that young (18) will have the skills and experience to work at the NHL level. Those guys are THE best and you won't make it there without some years of hard work and expertise under your belt.
