The lowest U.S. Open Score ever was obtained by Rory McIlroy in the 2011 tournament. He finished with a four round score of 268, which put him 16 strokes under par and four strokes lower than Tiger Woods' previous record of 272 in the 2000 U.S. Open.
I'm sure he could, if he put his mind to it he'd probably be very good at it.

If you mean Earl Woods - Tiger's father then yes he was. He died in May 2006 I think. If that is the Earl you meant then I just read an article dated April 2002 in Observer Sport Monthly where whilst being interviewed he talks about playing golf with Tiger at Christmas one year and after Tiger got a hole in one Earl said "I almost put one right on top of it" so I guess he wasn't bad. I asked the question did you mean Tiger's father because Tiger also has a stepbrother called Earl Woods Jr and I have no idea about him sorry. But Tiger's niece Cheyenne is supposed to be an up and coming golf star. I hope that's what you wanted. Good Luck
A few months ago I would have said Tiger Woods, however, that was assuming he would continue as he had done winning majors and tournaments and pass Jack Nicklaus. However, there is now a huge question mark over his future so it would have to be Jack Nicklaus, with 18 major wins.
You simply put the score the match was up to such as 5-3 at the time it is forfeited and then put retired in parenthesis next to the score: 5-3 (retired). If a player forfeited then you put retired next to the players name when scoring.
If you're talking about put the hurt on him then my record is:9954980 points
You just get a score board out or put a button on the ground and connect it to a game ender
