Most of the time a "routine" pit stop when they ran the beach course meant only taking fuel. So I guess it would depend on how each particular team fueled there car and how big the tank in that car was. Sometimes fueling a car was with milk cans and a funnel, our Army surplus "Jerry Cans" with a spout on them. On videos that I have it seemed like it took 1-5 minutes. But then again, you can't trust the editing on those films.
