Okay, so basic principles: a netball court is divided into thirds. Each team has an attacking or goal third, a defence third (aka the other team's goal third) and both teams share the centre third.
The WA can play anywhere in the centre third, but for the centre pass she must stand just inside the goal third until the whistle blows. She can also play anywhere in the goal third, but NOT inside the goal circle or she'll be called offside. The WA is not allowed anywhere in the defence third (other team's goal third).
They are allowed in the opposition team's goal third(where their ring is) but not in their goal circle, and also the whole centre third. They aren't allowed in their own teams goal third and they play against the wing attack
the Wing attack (WA) can go in the goal third that the GA on their team can go in but they are not allowed in the goal circle, and they can also go anywhere in the centre third.
The WD in netball can only go in the centre 3rd and goal thrid but cannot go in the goal circle.
The wing attack is only allowed in the centre third and in the goal third where they start. BUT NOT in the shooting semi-circle
The wing attack in netball is allowed in the centre third and the shooting third of their team only, they are not allowed in the goal circle
wing attack :)
it means that you`re all ways in the wing
Wing attack in netball
wing attack because if your center you have to be everywhere and it's harder.
anywhere except for beyond the line to meet with their wing defence
Goal Attack, Goal Keep, Wing Attack, Wing Defence, Goal Shoot, Goal Defence, Centre.
Never and nowhere.
Up to the second yellow line from where your standing.
7. Gk - goal keeper gd - goal attack wd - wing defence c - center wa - wing attack ga - goal attack gs - goal shooter
Wing attack helps to take the ball down to their teams goal, they also help to fed the ball in to the D for the shoot or goal attack to catch.
I play wing defence in netball. you can go in your third and the centre third but not in the semi circle
