This always has to be personal choice. If you look at any dedicated GTA forum, people will have their favorite game and differing opinions on which is the best story. My personal choice would be GTA IV, and Niko Bellic is my favourite protagonist. The story is exciting, sad, funny and thought-provoking. But, as the game is adult-rated and aimed at the 18 plus age group, the younger gamers who do play it regardless (and there are many of them) may not be as impressed with the adult themed storyline. gta sa has a great story line that exlpores all of the crime scene mafia gangs theft street races and much more.

This is a simple answer...best sports teams (Bears, Bulls, Blackhawks, Cubs etc.), best beer served at a sporting event (Old Style), best skyline, best pizza, best hot dogs, best neighborhoods, best people, best festivals, best places to work, best polititians, best colleges, best transportation, best nightlife, best parks, best art, best climate, and hottest women just to name a few reasons. It certainly puts Philadelphia to shame. I'm not saying Chicago is the best city in the world, but it's pretty darn close.
