Bart Starr wore number 15 as QB for the Green Bay Packers from 1956 to 1971 winning 5 NFL Championships in 7 years as well as the first 2 Super Bowls, although the name Super Bowl wasn't used until Super Bowl 3.
I'm sure there are others, but that's the name that popped up for me first. ---- Another is Hall of Fame running back Steve Van Buren of the Philadelphia Eagles. He played 8 seasons for the Eagles (1944-1951) and ended his career with 5,860 rushing yards, 69 rushing TDs (he scored 77 TDs total), a 26.7 kickoff return average and 3 TDs, 13.9 yard punt return average and 2 TDs, and 9 interceptions.
