Usually in the first two hours of an 8 hour shift. Supposed to have two 15 minute breaks and 1 half hour break. Shorter work shifts and you'll get a 15 minute break
Reading Break
Both are great but freestyle is mainly locking hands. Which for any youth starting out that is what they do. Unfortunately, in folk style locking hands is illegal in most cases. A habit which is harder to break rather than teach.
