It was when people under a unruley man/ monarchy, became enlightend/ the light bulb went off in the head and realized no man has a greater power over others. Thats when people started realizing they could do there own thing like go into the job they want or eat all the food they grew and become fat like there king did. And when one nation is enlightend it spread like a plauge to other nations.
