Varsity has more advanced techniques. As in flexibly, tumbling skills, and stunting/pyramids. Varsity usually goes to compete. JV on the other hand does all of these techniques but at lower level. JV are usually fill-ins for the varsity in case of something gone bad. Hope this helps(:
