omg i had the same problem. it turns out that means you have a damaged or unhooked connection to wifi or internet. check you wifi connection on your router. if you dont have a router...thats the problem.

The actual connection depends on you're own home internet speed and connection. Generally, if you have a fast connection on you're home pc you're Wi-Fi connection should be just as good, providing you're iPad isn't damaged and slowed down in some way.

it depends if you also have wifi but to anwser is yes it would have poor internet
