A junk food starting with O is Oreo's. :)

Junk food can cause acne, and definitely causes overweight if you have too much of it.

Junk food may taste good but has lots of calories, sodium, sugar, and fat. Most junk food in low in vitamins and minerals. You can have junk food sometimes but the other food groups are much more important. Remember that the grains group is what you need most of but you must eat a balanced diet! :)

I personally let my kids eat it junk food whenever they want when theywere 9 because they are old enough to make a decison what to eat and what not to eat.
