If you're like me and you want to follow through with your
commitment to the Cinch diet, yet you cannot stomach non-fat plain
yogurt, try adding sweetness and flavor with orange juice. Juice is
allowed on the diet and using it to make the required yogurt doable
is a win-win situation. You can also try stevia or agave nectar to
sweeten your yogurt and make it go down easier. A friend added
cinnamon, but suggested using it in tandem with stevia. Whatever
sweetener you decide to use, don't forgo the yogurt as it is
essential to the Cinch diet plan.
