A practicum report is assessment of a practical experience and its outcomes

A practicum evaluation is an assessment of a practical section of a course of study. In teaching, this could be an evaluation of student teaching.

A practicum is part of a college course in which the student does some of the practical work in a field with supervision from a senior practitioner. For example, when an education does a practicum, she or he observes classes and eventually helps teach classes under the supervision of an expert teacher.

Practicum is designed to give students a "hands-on" learning experience. This is usually done as a lab, experiment, or as a follow up on previously learned theories.
